MailGate Support Issues

Q. MailGate states that the concurrent workstation limits has been exceeded, but we're sure this isn't true. Why?
A. This could be occurring due to applications on your network requesting HTTP connections (e.g. autoupdates, spyware, etc), or it could be remote access to the HTTP or Socks port from the Internet.

The first step would be to make sure MailGate services are secure against remote access, this is explained in the FAQ here.

If this doesn't cure the problem, the next step would be to check if any local applications are requesting the connections, this is explained in the FAQ here (in the "What to look for" section).
